If your package is not received within 35 days, you may contact us for a refund or replacement. However, we cannot control what the Canadian government does, and because we are out the product cost as well as postage; if the product is confiscated, we are willing to refund or replace 1/2 the product value, minus the postage, or if you want us to re-send, we will re-send 1/2 the product and we will cover the postage to re-ship. We are sorry that we cannot cover the whole cost, but because the Canadian government is so strict, they occasionally will confiscate packages. We are a small business and cannot afford to shoulder the entire cost if this happens, therefore we had to put this policy into place. We regret having to make this rule, however the choice is to make this rule, or not ship to Canada at all. So you must be willing to accept these terms, should the unexpected happen. Thank you.
