URGENT: DRUG RECALL - CONSUMER LEVEL

Dear Valued Customer: 

This is to inform you of a product recall involving: 

Arize: Lot : 2107, EXP: 10/2024

See enclosed product label.

This recall has been initiated due to FDA analysis found that the products to contain undeclared Nortadalafil (structurally similar to Tadalafil). Nortadalafil is an active drug ingredient known for treatment of male erectile dysfunction. The presence of Nortadalafil in Arize makes this an unapproved new drug for which the safety and efficacy has not been established and, therefore subject to recall. Consumption of products with undeclared nortadalafil may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs (such as nitroglycerin) and may cause a significant drop in blood pressure that may be life threatening. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates.

We began shipping Arize product form 2/2023 to 12/10/2023.

The product was distributed via website www.getarize.com in the USA. Immediately examine your inventory and quarantine product subject to recall. In addition, if you may have further distributed this product, please identify your customers and notify them at once of this product recall. Your notification to your customers may be enhanced by including a copy of this recall notification letter. Today The World is notifying its customers by a press announcement and email of this recall release and is arranging for return/replacement etc. of all recalled products. Consumers that have Arize product which is being recalled should stop using and destroy them/return if desired to Today The World, 11954 NE Glisan St # 405 Portland OR 97220. When returning Arize products, include the blister pack foil (with any remaining pills) containing the recalled lot number and receipt/proof of purchase, and your return address.

This recall should be carried out to the consumer level. 

Your assistance is appreciated and necessary to prevent consumer illness or patient harm.

This recall is being made with the knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration.
